Job Type: Full-Time Position & Onsite

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Location: Prosserman JCC 4588 Bathurst Street, North York ON (Bathurst/Sheppard Area) and/or Schwartz/Reisman Centre (Bathurst/Rutherford Area)

As a Donor Relations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role on our Development team using data, insight, and collaboration to build meaningful donor relationships and strengthen our fundraising efforts. Your work will directly support programs that enrich Jewish life across the GTA, helping ensure our community continues to grow and thrive. What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze donor and membership data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Create reports, dashboards, and donor insights to support fundraising strategy
  • Maintain and manage accurate donor records within our CRM
  • Support donor stewardship, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, membership, and program teams
  • Assist with sponsorship research, proposals, and implementation
  • Evaluate campaign and event performance to inform future success

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in fundraising analytics, development, or donor data management
  • Strong CRM and data analysis skills (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Passion for strengthening Jewish community programs through mission-driven fundraising
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate data into clear recommendations
  • New graduates encouraged, especially with relevant coursework or certificates
