Dialogue, share, sing along and experience a sneak preview of the March 4th Roots and Intersections concert featuring the Jubilate Singers, soprano Denise Williams and some of Toronto’s leading instrumentalists. Music and a lecture presentation focus on the Black, Jewish, and Muslim diasporas. This presentation reflects the musical roots and offshoots of these cultures through a mix of old and new songs performed by the Jubilate Singers and professional, representative artists. The forum includes a Q&A with the artists and audience. Free but donations welcomed.
