Frank Bialystok is a Professor of Canadian, Jewish and Diaspora Studies at University College, University of Toronto. Author of the book, “Delayed Impact: The Holocaust and The Canadian Jewish Community,” Professor Bialystok is currently writing a history of the Jews of Canada to be published by the University of Toronto Press.
