Giving Tuesday: A day of Tzedakah
 
As the Holiday season approaches, where the sales of Black Friday and Cyber Monday are aggressively marketed, let’s be aware of how difficult it must be for those who cannot afford to buy the basic necessities. 

But there is a way you can help! Giving Tuesday - December 2nd – is an international day of charitable giving, when you can make a difference in someone’s life.
 
So, while you take advantage of the season’s great sales, United Jewish Appeal of Greater Toronto asks you to consider “giving back” this Tuesday December 2nd.  Consider making a donation to UJA, and supporting the critical work of our social service agencies. 
 
A gift to UJA strengthens our entire community, and helps us care for our most vulnerable.  Through your donation we can help the Jewish people help each other.
