UJA Federation’s Sarah and Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Centre brought the community together for its annual Yom HaShoah V’Hagvurah Community Commemoration, held at Shaarei Shomayim. The event featured participation from Holocaust survivors and descendants, community members, leaders, and students of all faiths. It was a powerful and emotional evening as we recalled the six million Jewish lives lost in the Shoah and were reminded that we must continue to stand up to antisemitism and the violence that it can breed.
