History to Memory Application
Thank you for your interest in History to Memory! The 2026 program will take place March 12–23, 2026. The cost of the program is US$6,400. Scholarships are available—click here to apply. For more information, please contact Witnee at [email protected].
This application will have two parts. When you complete the first part, you will receive the link to the second part.
Here is what you will need for each part:
Part 1: Personal and Trip Information
- A photo of yourself (must be close up and solo, with no hats or sunglasses)
- A short video essay, 1-2 minutes long, telling us about yourself, why you want to participate in History to Memory, and why you think you are a good candidate
Please note: do not close your browser while completing this section, as the information you have uploaded will not be saved. You can come back to it by keeping the tab open in your browser.
Part 2: Medical, Travel, and Payment
- A photo or copy of your passport
- A photo or copy of your Israeli passport (if you have one)
- Your health card number
- Credit card information
