We need your help. A donation drive for menstruation products We need your help. A donation drive for menstruation products

Did you know that 1 in 6 Canadians cannot afford to buy periods products? 1

Every member of our community deserves to live with dignity. No one should ever have to choose between paying rent, buying medication, putting food on the table, or purchasing menstrual products. Yet these are very real choices for far too many women in our community.

That’s why UJA Women’s Philanthropy is launching a community drive to collect menstrual hygiene products. We invite you to be part of this effort by donating new, sealed boxes of sanitary pads, liners, and tampons. These items will then be distributed by our partner agencies—ensuring women in our community can care for themselves with confidence and without sacrificing other necessities.

UJA funds a full suite of poverty-reduction programs through its network of Jewish social services agencies. Through these critical partnerships, groups experiencing vulnerability (e.g., newcomers, seniors, etc.) have their specific needs addressed—enabling greater stability, self-sufficiency, and dignity.
