Jodi is a mom of two, a HIIT fan, and an online shopper. At work, she leads Deloitte’s Global and Canadian HR Strategy, Digital HR, and Emerging Solutions practice, and is also the Culture and People Leader for Deloitte Consulting. An author on the topic of global HR transformation, Jodi recently co-sponsored a report called the Design of Everyday Men, Deloitte’s Approach to Exponential HR, and a POV on How HR can Accelerate Value in an Era of COVID-19.
Samantha Cass is currently developing her practice in a variety of areas of employment and labour law, including wrongful dismissal, employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, and labour arbitration.
Samantha joined Norton Rose Fulbright’s Toronto office as a summer student in 2014 and articled there from 2015 to 2016. She then completed a clerkship at the Court of Appeal for Ontario before returning to Norton Rose Fulbright as an associate.
In law school, Samantha was the silver medalist in her graduating class and won academic awards in labour and employment law, business organizations, and intellectual property. Prior to law school, Samantha worked in human resources for the federal government.
As Founder and Managing Partner of a boutique executive search firm, Gillian brings over 15 years of in-depth executive search experience gained at one of Canada’s largest privately held retained executive search firms. She brings significant experience across a broad spectrum of industries and has completed extensive search work at the senior executive, vice president, and C-levels in both Canada and the United States.
Gillian brings passion, natural curiosity, tenacity, and seasoned judgment to every search assignment. Through her professional and authentic approach to supporting and coaching candidates through the search process, she has built confidence and credibility with both clients and candidates alike.
Gillian started her career practicing law at one of Canada’s leading law firms. She received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a B.A. from The University of Western Ontario, where she was the recipient of the gold medal award for achieving the highest average in her faculty. Gillian was called to the Ontario Bar and is a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada.
Bonnie Goldberg has been a tribunal adjudicator for over ten years, serving on the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and the Health Services Appeal and Review Board. Prior to her work as an adjudicator, Bonnie was employed by the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, most recently as the Assistant Dean of Students. Bonnie holds a B.A. (1991) from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B (1994) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Bonnie is currently the Chair for the Business & Professional Committee of the UJA Women’s Division.
