Please join us for the launch of our Women’s Philanthropy campaign as we hear from Caryn Lieberman, an award-winning Global News reporter, who covers the resurgence of antisemitic incidents in our own backyard. Caryn's presentation will be followed by a cell-a-thon to kickstart our 2019 campaign!
We ask that everyone please bring a new or gently used piece of business-casual attire, which will be donated to the women of Jewish Family & Child. Items can include, but are not limited to:
Leggings, jeggings, skinny-style pants
Dresses
Skirts
Blouses and business appropriate t-shirts
Blazers
All sizes are welcome; M, L, XL preferred.

As an award-winning broadcast journalist, Caryn Lieberman shares her love of news with viewers as a reporter for Global News Toronto. While with Global, Lieberman has covered a number of significant events in the GTA including the police shooting of Sammy Yatim, the impaired driving crash that killed three children and their grandfather, and the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting . In 2011, Lieberman was awarded the RTNDA Adrienne Clarkson Award for Diversity for her Remembrance Day and Holocaust Education Week stories.
