Michal Oshman

Michal Oshman is Head of Company Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employer Branding at TikTok Europe, Middle East and Africa, and was formerly responsible for international leadership and team development at Facebook. Throughout her career, she has trained and coached hundreds of tech leaders. She has three university degrees in psychodynamic and systemic thinking, sociology, and anthropology. Michal lives with her husband and their four children in London, UK.

Jordyn Benattar is President of Speakwell, an accelerated public speaking coaching program that transforms people into world class communicators. Clients include professionals and leaders at Venture for Canada, TEDx, Shopify, Macmillan Publishers, the Ontario Court of Justice, Women in Capital Markets, the SickKids Foundation, BEworks, AIIR Consulting, NYU Stern School of Business, and hundreds of other speakers in training.

As a nationally acclaimed speaker, a lawyer, and an award-winning film & television actress, Jordyn makes “owning the room” (or the screen, these days) a skill that anyone can master and confidently leverage.

Passionate about sharing her expertise with the Jewish community, Jordyn serves as a Chair of the Arts, Media and Communications division on UJA’s Executive Cabinet.
