Visiting the graves of loved ones between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is a long-standing tradition and valued Jewish custom, connecting us to the themes of renewal, reflection, and growth associated with the High Holy Days.

In the spirit of this tradition, Toronto Hebrew Memorial Parks and UJA Federation are hosting a meaningful service for Yizkor (the memorial prayer for the departed), which will be led by Rabbi Rafi Lipner of UJA and Shaarei Tefillah, and Cantor Alex Stein of Adath Israel.
