Join fellow community members of a retired age for a brand-new series on antisemitism.

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in community, hear more about the fight against antisemitism, and learn how you can make a difference!

In the first session of this six-part series, we will be joined by Rachel Chertkoff, UJA’s vice-president of countering antisemitism and hate.

Please note that registration is for all six sessions. If you cannot attend all of them, you can let us know closer to the time. More information will be provided upon registration.

Limited capacity.

If you have any questions, please contact Tamara Caplan at [email protected].

SPEAKER

Rachel Chertkoff

Rachel Chertkoff has worked for more than 25 years on fostering leaders and connecting them to community, politics, and government in both Canada and the United States. In 2024, Rachel took on the role of deputy special envoy and chief of staff in the office of the special envoy for preserving Holocaust remembrance and combatting antisemitism, where one of her primary responsibilities was shepherding the Canadian Handbook on the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism from drafting to publication. Rachel has been awarded both the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and the King Charles Coronation Medal for her community work.
