Please join us for private event graciously hosted by Jack Frieberg and Sandy Herlick for the opportunity to hear from special guest Rabbi Meir Soloveichik. Rabbi Soloveichik will be providing insight into the origins of philanthropy in Judaism.

 

Meir Soloveichik is the rabbi at Congregation Shearith Israel, the oldest Jewish congregation in the United States. He is also the director of the Straus Center for Torah and Western Thought at Yeshiva University. He was recently appointed by the President of the United States to the Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty and served as vice-chair of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.
