Join us for “The Impact of Technology on Youth Mental Health,” the first session in the 2026 One Community Cares: Knowledge Exchange speaker series. 

 

This webinar will explore the mental health challenges facing youth and the role technology plays in these concerns. It will also examine how technology can contribute to family struggles and discuss the types of supports that social service professionals—across roles and points of contact—can offer to youth and their families.

Samantha Braiman

Samantha Braiman is a Registered Social Worker, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and is a Certified Advanced Grief Counselling Specialist.

Samantha supports clients in both individual and group counselling. She has experience working with individuals affected by substance and behavioural addiction, as well as supporting youth with mental health and/or addiction concerns. Samantha utilizes a client-centred, strengths-based approach, with a trauma-informed lens.
