Dr. Robert Astroff - Co-Founder and President of Astroff Consultants Inc.

Dr. Astroff has lectured at organizations and universities from coast to coast, and has appeared in numerous publications, including Maclean's, The Globe & Mail and the National Post.

Dana Lerner, Founder & CEO of Venture Talent

Dana Lerner is an executive recruiter and President of Venture Talent. Dana received her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 and is a lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. She has experience in financial services, formerly working in wealth management at RBC Dominion Securities. Dana chairs a monthly Women’s Breakfast Speaker Series with the Temmy Latner Forest Hill Jewish Center and is the Founder and Past Chair of the One Family Fund Annual Bikeathon. She is an active member of The Innovators at Sick Kids Hospital and regularly volunteers her time at the Sterling Hall School and Bishop Strachan School. She has been a volunteer at UJA since she was a child and is looking forward to continuing her involvement with the organization.

Jay Rosenzweig, Founding Partner of Rosenzweig & Company

Jay Rosenzweig, the founding partner of Rosenzweig & Company, is an expert in designing, building and attracting world class teams. He consults to public and private companies including large global corporations; emerging growth to mid-sized businesses; professional services firms; and private equity and venture capital firms. Prior to joining the search industry, Jay was in the field of law. Jay earned three degrees at McGill University: Philosophy, Civil Law, and Common Law. In addition, he completed the Harvard Law School Negotiation Program, taught by expert negotiator Roger Fisher, author of Getting To Yes.
Jay has been immersed in global human rights causes for well over two decades. He is an active board member of Irwin Cotler's Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, and has been internationally recognized for the Annual Rosenzweig Report on equality, which he has published for the past 15 years. He is a partner in the fast growing, global #movethedial movement, designed to advance women in technology.
