Bob Aaron was called to the Ontario Bar in 1972 and practices in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law, and landlord/tenant law. He has been the real estate law columnist for The Toronto Star for the last 20 years, having penned more than 750 columns in Canada’s largest newspaper.
Bob served as an elected director of the Law Society of Ontario for 16 years and is now an ex-officio life Bencher. He has been a director of the Tarion Warranty Corporation, the Law Society Foundation, the Lawyers Fund for Client Compensation, the Ontario Real Estate Lawyers Association, the Multiple Dwelling Standards Association, the Non-Smokers' Rights Association, and the Smoking and Health Action Foundation.
He is the recipient of the first President’s Award of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors. He is also the author of Real Estate Powers of Attorney, a chapter in Powers of Attorney and Capacity: Practice and Procedure, by Jasmine Sweatman, (Canada Law Book 2014)
Bob has been qualified as an expert in real estate law by the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. He is a frequent media guest on radio and television and has appeared on several segments of CBC-TV Marketplace, and CBC Radio’s The Current.
Bob has presented papers to continuing education programs at the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association Institute, the Continuing Legal Education Society of Nova Scotia, the Toronto Police Service Fraud Squad, the Toronto Real Estate Board, the Association of Certified Forensic Investigators of Canada, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Real Estate Institute of Canada, Waterloo Regional Police Fraud Conference, Thunder Bay Law Association, the National Forum on Smoke-free Multi-Unit Dwellings, and the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association.

Jesse is the Co-Founder and CEO of Homewise, a technology startup that automates the residential mortgage process online for home buyers and owners across Canada. Homewise has a simple online application, then uses data intelligence to match and secure clients with their best mortgage from over 30 banks and lenders.
Prior to Homewise, Jesse had executive and management roles in the technology space, working in digital advertising, marketing and data.
Jesse was recently distinguished by the American Marketing Association Hall of Legends as one of Canada's top 5 "Marketers on the Rise" and by Marketing Magazine as a "Top 30 Under 30" Marketer in Canada. Jesse is also passionate about charity co-founding two fundraisers that have raised $2 million over the last 10 years. One fundraiser was in support of the Reena Foundation in partnership with the UJA (The Joel Schwartz Memorial Hockey Tournament) and the other for Mount Sinai Hospital (Serving for Sinai).
