In this interactive seminar, designed with Jewish artists and creatives in mind, you will learn skills to help navigate uncertainty, conflict, and demanding situations with:

  • less stress and anxiety
  • less anger and irritability
  • fewer negative thoughts, rumination, and distraction
  • less self-consciousness, confusion, and loneliness
  • more clarity and calmness
  • more capacity to “turn the mind” towards goals
  • more connection, trust, and balance
  • more access to truth and wisdom

This workshop is ideal for artists, creatives, and cultural workers. We’ll also have time set aside for schmoozing so you can connect with fellow Jewish creatives. Light refreshments will be served. Kashrut observed.
