Mental Health Webinar: Short-Term Crisis Intervention and Trauma Informed Care

UJA is incredibly humbled and grateful for the 250+ responses we’ve received from our request to mental health professionals to support local community members who are suffering due to the crisis in Israel by volunteering their time and expertise. Thank you for helping us to embrace our community members in their moments of need.

UJA is inviting you to a webinar for Mental Health Professionals on Short-Term Crisis Intervention and Trauma Informed Care on Thursday October 26 at 8:30 PM. The webinar will be a refresher on short-term crisis intervention and trauma informed care with a specific focus on recommended therapeutic interventions coming out of Israel. We will also provide an update on the volunteer mental health support program and offer some time for discussion.

Whether through UJA’s community matching program or in your ongoing practice, this content will help you serve Jewish community members during this time of crisis.

We will hear from:

Josh Otis, UJA Social Services and Community Innovation Director
