Rachel Chertkoff is a senior community and public affairs leader with more than 25 years of experience working with governments, public institutions, and community organizations. She is Senior Vice President, Community Engagement at the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA), where she leads national efforts to strengthen community engagement and relationships with decision-makers.
She also served as Vice President, Countering Antisemitism & Hate at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and held several political engagement roles at CJPAC, including Deputy Executive Director. Rachel holds master’s degrees in Jewish communal leadership and communications management and an honorary doctorate in Jewish non-profit management.
Eleanor Millar has been an active member of Toronto’s Jewish community for more than three decades, with extensive experience in Jewish communal leadership, politics and public affairs.
Currently, as the Senior Director, Campus Engagement at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, she leads UJA’s long-term campus strategy as part of the Countering Antisemitism and Hate team. Previously, Eleanor held senior political roles in Ottawa, led CJPAC’s Campus Fellowship program, and served in senior leadership roles at Phaze 3 Associates
As well, Eleanor is the current Vice President of the Board at Temple Sinai Congregation of Toronto and chairs the Military Family Advisory Committee for Together We Stand. She is a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
Jaime Kirzner-Roberts is the Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy at Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center, where she leads the organization’s efforts to combat antisemitism, extremism and hate through policy development, strategic advocacy and public education. She works closely with governments, law enforcement, educational institutions and other stakeholders to improve responses to hate crime, counter online extremism, and advance antisemitism and Holocaust education.
Jaime is a trusted advisor to decision-makers across Canada and has contributed to legislative and policy initiatives that enhance public safety, protect human rights and promote accountability for hate-motivated offences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a Master's from Princeton University.
