Building upon the successful inaugural cohort the newly expanded Leadership Labs is UJA’s response to the growing demand for practical, applied leadership development across Jewish institutions, and designed to strengthen leadership capabilities across our community.

In today’s complex environment, leaders need more than vision. They need tools, structures, and support to guide their organizations with confidence. UJA Leadership Labs will provide a mix of expert-led monthly workshops, confidential peer exchange forums, personalized coaching, and practical toolkits.

Program Highlights:  

• Sessions on topics such as social media, governance, charity compliance, communicating with impact, positively engaging with conflict, and building collaborative relationships.  
• Ongoing leadership coaching from seasoned professionals. 
• Trusted spaces to problem solve and grow with other leaders. 
• Practical resources you can take back to your organization. 

This exclusive and revamped course includes 10 sessions over 10 months at a total cost of $500.
