Lindsay Brand

Lindsay is responsible for all the investments and capital allocation across Dream Unlimited and Dream Alternatives. In addition to investments, Ms. Brand is responsible for the portfolio management for Dream Alternatives and management oversight for all of our partnership developments. Ms. Brand joined Dream in 2011 and has held various positions throughout the organization prior to her current role. She has worked on acquisitions and asset management for Dream Office, Dream Global, Dream Alternatives and now Dream Unlimited. Prior to joining Dream, Ms. Brand worked at CIBC in both corporate development and real estate finance. Ms. Brand graduated with distinction from the Honours Business Administration program at the Richard Ivey School of Business and also obtained her Master of Science of Real Estate Development in 2014 from Columbia University in New York City.

Tara Gollish

Tara Gollish is Principal of Major Gray and Co. Real Estate Consulting, a boutique consulting firm providing asset management and acquisition services to clients in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to starting her own consulting firm in 2019, Tara held senior positions at Paradise Commercial (a division of Paradise Developments) and Strathallen Capital Corp. Throughout her career Tara has negotiated and completed approximately $1B of commercial acquisitions and dispositions.

Current projects include the asset management of Milton Mall, including the oversight of the $5M redevelopment, management of a portfolio of retail assets valued at $200M with assets across the GTA and acquisition work for private investors. Tara holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA and Diploma in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Schulich School of Business.

Alex Khazzam

Alexandra Khazzam, the Director of Hines Canada, oversees development at 64-86 Bathurst Street, a multi-family led mixed-use development in downtown Toronto, as well as T3 Sterling Road, a 425,000-square-foot heavy timber creative office development across three buildings in Toronto’s Lower Junction neighbourhood.

Previously, Alex was Director of Investments for Dream Asset Management, where she was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions for Dream's Canadian REIT entities, specifically overseeing the disposition of over $1B of Dream Office REIT's Private Market assets. In that role, Alex was responsible for the execution of all aspects of maximizing disposition asset value, including strategy, negotiations, underwriting, and transaction management.

Prior to Dream, Alex was an Associate Vice President at Brookfield Financial, where she was involved in over $3B of investment sales transactions across all asset classes. She was also part of the launch of the company's private equity placement platform through the successful fundraise of over $200M for a Canadian Landlord and Asset Manager.

Alex holds a Bachelor in Mathematics and Economics from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD.
