Noah Blackstein is vice president & senior portfolio manager and has been a key member of Dynamic Funds’ investment team since 1997. He is the lead portfolio manager of several U.S. and global strategies. Alongside his mutual funds, Noah manages two hedge funds.
Since founding the growth team when he joined Dynamic Funds, Noah has established himself as a successful U.S. and global growth fund manager—a reputation further strengthened by a 28-year-plus track record of achievements and numerous industry awards.
Throughout his career, Noah has regularly appeared in many well-known publications, including Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal ; and has been a featured guest on CNBC and other respected financial news programs. His reputation as a leading growth investor was highlighted in 2025, when The Globe and Mail described him as “one of the savviest U.S. stock pickers ever.” Noah brings unparalleled market insight and skill to the job, backed by a disciplined investment method.
Noah graduated from the University of Toronto in 1992 and received the CFA designation in 1997.
Jonathan Hausman is the chief strategy officer at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. In this role, he oversees strategy development and implementation across the entire organization to advance its strategic objectives.
Jonathan oversees many teams: global strategy, sustainable investing, government & public affairs, and marketing & communications. These teams act as centres of expertise to advance the goals and strategic direction of the pension plan, cultivating relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Previously, Jonathan was the head of alternative investments and global tactical asset allocation, where he was responsible for the global hedge fund portfolio, as well as its internal global macro and systematic trading strategies.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Jonathan was executive director at Goldman Sachs, where he managed sovereign risk strategy and advised governments in its New York, Hong Kong, and London offices. He is the chair of the Canadian Council for the Americas and is a distinguished fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, where he lectured on global political economy for over a decade. He was also a member of the Government of Canada’s Indo-Pacific Advisory Committee and serves on the board of Capitalize for Kids. Before entering investment banking, Jonathan worked as special assistant to the Premier of Ontario.
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree with honours from McGill University, a master’s of science in economics from the London School of Economics, and a master’s of public administration from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He also has the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Blair Levinsky is the co-founder and president and CEO of Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd., an alternative asset management company based in Toronto, Canada, with more than $3 billion of assets under management. Blair is a co-founder and former executive chair of Lithium Royalty Corp.; a director of Teramark Properties, a private real estate investment company; Rossiter Boats, a private powerboat manufacturer; Warren Road Capital, a private family investment company; a minority partner in the NHL Ottawa Senators Hockey Club; and Summerhill Resorts, a resort RV park consolidator. In addition to these roles, he is a director of Brain Canada and a former board member of the Women’s College Hospital Foundation and its Investment Committee.
Prior to founding Waratah, Blair was a managing director of TD Securities, a division of TD Bank Financial Group, where he served in the mergers & acquisitions group, equity capital markets, and institutional equities.
Blair holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario, a joint bachelor of laws, and a master’s in business administration from Dalhousie University.
Jeff Olin is a co-founder, president & CEO, and portfolio manager at Vision Capital Corporation. For more than 18 years, he has co-managed vision opportunity funds—real estate-focused alternative investment funds that target inefficiencies in the public market by buying real estate in the stock market through a long-short risk-adjusted strategy.
Prior to Vision, Jeff had 10 years of corporate real estate experience with Bramalea Limited and Olympia & York Developments Ltd. and 15 years of senior-level experience in investment banking and management roles with HSBC and Desjardins Securities. Jeff graduated from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University in Chicago with a master’s in business administration, and received a bachelor of commerce from the University of Toronto.
Richard Pilosof is a founding partner and the chief executive officer of RPIA Capital Management, one of the largest alternative asset management firms in Canada.
Prior to founding RPIA, Richard spent more than 25 years with RBC Capital Markets, where he served as managing director and head of global debt markets. He was also responsible for developing and building RBC’s international capital markets platform, with significant operations in London, Hong Kong, Sydney, and New York.
Richard is an active community volunteer, serving as a director on the Sinai Health System board of directors since 2017 and as a director on the Sinai Health Foundation board since 2010. Richard served as co-chair and chair of the Sinai Health Foundation board from 2021 to 2025, and currently serves as treasurer and chair of its Finance and Audit Committee. In 2026, he joined the CAMH Foundation as a board member.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Coastal Carolina University.
Ken Rotman is CEO & managing director of Clairvest Group Inc., a Toronto based private equity company managing $4.3 billion of assets which makes investments of $20-120 million in support of management owners in target industries, including renewable energy, waste management, IT Services, business & residential services, land-based gaming, government services and specialty aviation. During his tenure at Clairvest, Ken has overseen over $2.6 billion of long-term private equity investments in 69 companies in numerous industries and the realization of $4.5 billion from the sale of 47 of those investments. In addition, Mr. Rotman co-founded and was Chairman of Wellington Financial, a North American leading specialty lender to emerging companies, principally in the technology arena. He also sits on the not-for-profit boards of HonestReporting Canada and The LSE North American Advisory Board and has previously served as director of the University Health Network, The Power Plant Art Gallery and The Canadian Opera Company.
Jane Segal is managing director, head of portfolio management at Wittington Asset Management Limited. Prior to joining Wittington, Jane Segal built and led the external managers program at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). Before joining HOOPP, she was responsible for external manager selection and oversight at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Jane began her career at the Royal Bank of Canada, where she held different roles across capital markets in Toronto, London, and New York.
Jane serves on the international board of directors of Right To Play—a global organization that uses the power of play to protect, educate, and empower children facing adversity—and on the board of directors of the North York General Foundation.
Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics from Queen’s University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto. She is a CFA charterholder.

Andrew is or has served as a board member of the York School, the Hospital for Sick Children, Hot Docs, Urban Squash Toronto, Friends of Mass General Canada, and Harvard Business School’s Canadian Advisory Board. He is also the founder of the Wolf Scholars Program at the University of Toronto, and chairman of the Wolf Cooper Foundation.
