We are currently seeking reliable and exceptional candidates to fill occasional absences as Supply Teachers for our elementary and middle school classes in both English and Hebrew. Knowledge and comfort with the French language would be a great asset.

Skills and Experience:

  • Effective Classroom management skills
  • Professional, responsible and collaborative attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient conflict resolution capabilities

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (M. Ed would be an asset)
  • Ontario Teaching Certificate OCT
  • Certification in Jewish studies (would be an asset)
  • Certification in French teaching (would be an asset)
  • Certification in Physical Education (would be an asset)

Job Type:

  • Part -time

Ability to Commute:

  • York ON  M5P 3K3
  • Located on the TTC bus route #7 and within walking distance to both St. Clair and Eglinton Subway lines

  • 1 year minimum
