Role Description
The Camp Photographer and Social Media Manager role is an out-of-cabin position, meaning that you will be living in a staff cabin throughout the summer.
Responsibilities include:
- Capturing photos and videos of daily camp activities
- Social media content creation, including photos, videos, stories, and posts
- Editing and uploading of media to camp online platforms
This position begins with general staff pre-camp training on June 19, 2026, and employment ends on August 14, 2026.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Experience in communications, social media content creation, and/or storytelling
- Proficient editing and digital production skills
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and outdoor summer environment
- Respectful of campers and staff and adhering to privacy guidelines
- Knowledge of media and technology equipment is beneficial
- Previous camp experience is an asset
