Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing and communication initiatives
  • Create and manage mailing lists
  • Handle product and service launches
  • Edit marketing and communication materials
  • Research market trends
  • Identify and engage with vendors
  • Assist with coordinating fundraising events
  • Develop and source content for digital platforms
  • Optimize SEO 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Facebook Suite, Instagram Suite, X and TikTok
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with content creation and social media management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • French language skills is an asset
