
JCC WARRIORS SPORTS INTERNSHIP
Role Type: 4-Month Internship (May-August)
Location: Schwartz/Reisman Centre, 9600 Bathurst Street, Maple ON (Bathurst/Rutherford Area)

The JCC Warriors Youth Sports Club is a Jewish-community-based organization dedicated to delivering high-quality sports programs. Our goal is to inspire youth of all backgrounds through sport by fostering teamwork, skill development, and community connection.
Are YOU our JCC Warriors Intern?
For this new position, we are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting youth sports. The Sports Intern will work directly with the Programs & Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our sports programs and community initiatives. The internship follows a rotational model, offering well-rounded exposure to different key areas of sports administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support youth sports programs, practices, games, and events.
- Manage player registration, team formation, and scheduling.
- Provide on-site operational support during program hours.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data tracking, and digital filing.
- Contribute to marketing, social media, and community engagement initiatives.
- Engage in multiple aspects of JCC Warriors (including Basketball, Hockey and Softball leagues)
- Assist in major international sporting competition, Toronto 2026 JCC Maccabi Games
What do you bring?
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary Sports Management, Business, Recreation or similar program.
- Demonstrated interest and familiarity in youth sports and community engagement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter, able to work independently and as a team.
- Good experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel +)
- Able to work in-person in Vaughan, and commute to different off-site facilities.
