As we strive to help our children and grandchildren feel connected to Israel and understand its meaning in our lives and those of the Jewish people, it’s important to first clarify our own personal connections to Israel and our evolving Zionist narratives.

In this thoughtful and engaging session, we’ll journey through the Jewish people’s historic bond with the Land of Israel—from ancient times through the emergence of modern Zionism —and reflect on the complexities and achievements of the Zionist dream over the past 77 years.

Together, we’ll explore how these ideas shape our personal relationships with Israel today, with the goal of helping you articulate your own connection and understanding of Zionism in 2025.
