Join Sinai Cinema on Saturday evening, November 16, for the screening of The Monkey House, the latest work from master filmmaker Avi Nesher nominated for 11 Israeli Academy Awards in 2023.

Inspired by a true story, The Monkey House presents a captivating blend of literary mystery, witty comedy, and poignant character study of two lost souls who make a connection, while exploring themes of passion, deceit, and the blurred lines between reality and fiction.

Following our Havdalah service led by Cantor Charles Osborne, writer and director Avi Nesher will introduce the film and speak to us in a pre-recorded commentary after the screening.
