SOAR (formerly RISE) is a next-generation fundraising initiative supporting Post-Court Pathways at Victim Services Toronto (VST), the first trauma-informed therapy program of its kind globally for children and youth who have testified against their abusers in criminal court.

When court ends, support ends, but trauma does not. Developed and piloted through VST, this program addresses a critical and long-overlooked gap in care, ensuring young survivors are not left to navigate recovery alone.
SOAR brings together a highly curated group of influential tastemakers, changemakers, and business leaders, with a strong Gen Z and Millennial presence.

Following a sold-out inaugural event in 2025, SOAR has raised almost $1M to date in funds dedicated exclusively to supporting Post-Court Pathways at VST.
