Tarbut Toronto, Israeli Connection and Beth Tzedec celebrate 70 years of Israeli music through vibrant prayer, learning and a unique concert highlighting Naomi Shemer within the vast landscape of Israeli music.

Following a Shabbat service incorporating Israeli melodies, Israeli educator and Naomi Shemer enthusiast Roy Rimshon joins us to uncover Shemer's impact on Jewish peoplehood and Israel, while Cantor Sidney Ezer and the choir perform a few of her songs.
