"Monday’s Ma’a’gal" is a welcoming community for parents on parental leave. Each week, we’ll gather to build friendships, share experiences and explore the joys and challenge of early parenthood through a lens of connection, compassion and Jewish values.

Together, we’ll discuss topics such as infant mental health, attachment and attunement, sleep, feeding, relationships, identity and the many transitions that come with raising young children. We’ll also reflect on how Jewish traditions, rituals and values can help create meaningful family connections during the early years. Every session will offer practical tools, thoughtful conversation and plenty of space to ask questions in a supportive, judgement-free environment.

Co-facilitated by Jaquie Dason, New Parent Educator, Postpartum Doula and Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Rachel Hindel, MSW, RSw, a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health and major life transitions, this group combine expert guidance with genuine community—because parents deserve support just as much as their children do.
