Join JIAS in a Conversation with Calin Rovinescu: Immigrants and Refugees, the Dangers of Getting this Wrong.  Calin Rovinescu, Air Canada President & CEO (2009-2021) and a member of the Order of Canada,  was born in Romania and came to Canada by boat at the age of 5, settling with support from Jewish Immigrant Aid Services.  As Canada pledges to increase immigration and admit almost 1.5 new permanent residents to Canada by the end of 2025, participate in this timely discussion celebrating 100 years of JIAS and the future of our community and country.
