Victor Weiss is a graduate of the 6th Fellowship Program of the Heschel Center and The Mandel School for Educational Leadership, and holds a B.A. degree in geography and education and an M.A. degree in health systems management. A seasoned educator and longtime environmentalist and Israel geography lover, Victor founded and directed the field of environmental protection in the IDF, establishing and leading innovative initiatives focused on environmental protection and education over much of his 23-year military career. He has led the Heschel Center since 2016.
