The Fit Critics’ signature HIIT IT workout is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training class composed of four, 4.5-minute circuits that combine strength, cardio, and core exercises for a total body workout. Using SandBells®, gliding discs, and bodyweight to get fit, their programs aim to build lean muscle, core strength and cardio endurance while burning loads of calories and keeping the heart rate up. HIIT IT closes with a mindful meditation practice to calm the mind and body and reduce stress - a great way to restore your body and soul after the high intensity work performed.
