Join us at Beth Tzedec on Wednesdays for a 45-minute, slow-paced class focusing on the six essential movement patterns for daily living. Improve balance, coordination and agility while enjoying a dynamic warm-up and relaxing cool-down stretch. No equipment needed—just you and your commitment to staying active and independent.
