A rare opportunity to see one of the world's best "Jewish" choirs, Shinonome Choir (the Makhelat HaShachar) of Japan.
Visiting Toronto from Japan, the Shinonome Choir (Choir of Dawn) is a unique choral group belonging to Japan Christian Friends of Israel. Also known as Beit Shalom Japan, the choir, founded in 1946, first visited Israel in 1971 to express their love of Israel. Since then they have made 17 concert tours to Israel and Jewish communities in North America. This brilliant and moving performance will feature Japanese, Hebrew and Yiddish music. Save the date!
