In March 2018, The Canadian Jewish Heritage Month Act, known as Bill S-232, was passed in the Senate, marking May 2018 the inaugural national Canadian Jewish Heritage Month. This gives us a great opportunity to learn about the impact of Jewish heritage in communities across the country, and to appreciate the significant contributions made by Jewish Canadians in the fields of medicine, law, politics, arts, business and philanthropy.
