DARA is a grassroots organization of health care professionals whose activities are directed at opposing racism and anti-semitism in the medical realm specifically for academic environments.

It seeks to ensure that medical publications maintain the standards of verifiability expected of scientific literature in avoiding promotion of subjective articles aimed at vilifying any race, nation or country.
