Congregation Beth Haminyan, Toronto
The synagogue is located in the gym of West Prep Elementary School at 70 Ridge Hill Drive, Toronto, M6C 2J6 (Bathurst/Eglington area).
High Holiday services are held at Bialik Hebrew Day School (2760 Bathurst Street). Tickets are available through the shul Administrator (see website link below).
Shabbat services begin at 9:30 AM and are volunteer-led.
When holidays such as Sukkot, Pesach and Shavuot fall on weekdays, services are usually held at Beth Tzedec Congregation (1700 Bathurst Street).
The shul describes itself as active and high-energy, like family, intimate and friendly. There is "a great kiddush, with lots of time to shmooze."
Egalitarian services are held about eight times a year alongside the traditional service. Dates are given in the shul newsletter, accessed through the website.
There are weekly learning opportunities such as Talmud and Tanach classes.
