Dear community members,
UJA has been proud to have coordinated a community matching program for short term mental health support through the generous volunteering of mental health professionals.
The mental health community matching program has come to a close. We understand that many may still be looking for support due to the situation in Israel and in Toronto and so we have compiled a list of some of the resources that are available in the community. Please consider which services may be right for you.
We thank the many volunteer mental health professionals for giving of their time so generously in our time of need.
For other suggestions, call 211 or visit www.211Toronto.ca
