Calling all teens looking for a fun and dynamic training group! Designed to be age-appropriate and progressive, teens will be safely guided through creative and diverse exercises and circuits supervised by a certified personal trainer. Past workouts have included body weight exercises, and equipment such as free weights, machines, resistance bands, turf tires and sleds, and agility ladders. In this program, your teen will get a solid workout that targets all major muscle groups, but also develop the skills and knowledge to lead a healthy lifestyle.
