Poetic Preparation for Climbing Mt. Sinai ~ Led by Rabbi Miriam Margles

In preparation for Shavuot, the festival celebrating the receiving of Torah – the best selling book for the People of the Book – we will explore the biblical and mystical telling of Sinai as poetic texts and uncover the images and poetic meanings of this fiery and rumbling experience.

From learning to creativity, we will use guided writing exercises to further evoke word, image, and meaning to write our own poetry of Sinai.  You don’t have to be a poet to explore, learn, and creatively engage!
