Sing-a-long Kabbalat Shabbat Service on Friday at 6:00 pm followed by dinner and presentation by Professor Jacobson: How Jewish Is Jewish Music?

Shabbat morning Service at 8:45 am with Cantor Spiro and the spectacular Beth Tzedec Singers featuring a sermon-in-song by Professor Jacobson: How Can I Keep From Singing? as well as Beth Tzedec's delightful children's choir The Voices of Tomorrow.  After Kiddush Professor Jacobson speaks on Unlocking the Cantillation Code.

Saturday Evening, 8:00 pm - Shabbat Shirah Community Concert – an evening of exciting music from around the world with guest conductor Josh Jacobson with Toronto’s finest vocalists and musicians plus surprise guests. Tickets: $25 in advance; $36 at the door (includes dessert reception).
