Land Package: $12,890 USD per person (based on double person occupancy)

Single Supplement: $2,100 USD (a surcharge added to the cost per person when traveling alone)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Payments should be made as follows to IsraelExperts on account of the services chosen by you which include the applicable price for the Land Cost, the Single Supplement if applicable, and any agreed charges for any supplemental services requested by you, if and where applicable.

• The full balance of your account, which includes all services chosen by you (“the Full Amount”) is due no later than September 25, 2023, at which time payment is due in the amount equivalent to the Full Amount less the total amount paid by you prior to this date.

For each individual registrant, the Full Amount is comprised of:

- The total of the Land Package

- The Single Supplement (if applicable)

- The charges for any supplemental services you may have requested (such as additional hotel nights, extras, add-ons, etc.)

All amounts charged to credit cards are subject to a 3% administrative and processing surcharge.

As payments must be received by the indicated due dates above, all payments should therefore be processed at least two weeks in advance of each payment due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES:

All cancellations must be made in writing to klevy@ujafed.org or lsilver@ujafed.org. Cancellation terms for each participant cancelled will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received, and as per the following schedule. (Please note that the cancellation fees are subject to processing fees):

• From September 25, 2023 up to, and including the day of departure (or in the event of a “no-show” in Argentina) no refund will be possible (i.e. the total price for all services chosen is completely non-refundable effective September 25, 2023).

• VAT charges will apply.

Please note that airfare is not included in the package price. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from Argentina.

The KDS Mission to Argentina will begin in Buenos Aires on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 11 AM (GMT-3/ART), and concludes in Buenos Aires on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at approximately 1 PM (GMT-3/ART).

*All times listed are in Argentina’s local times (GMT-3); which is one hour ahead Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and two hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST).

There are several flight options available from Toronto to Buenos Aires, including American Airlines, Delta, and more. Please inquire with your travel agent regarding flight options that align with the mission’s start and end times.

If you are planning to arrive earlier or extend your trip, the mission’s travel agent will be happy to assist you with booking hotel accommodation and/or tours. Please contact Esther at esther@israelexperts.com for any pre and/or post mission land arrangements.

All transfers to and from the airport will be arranged for you. You will receive an email with details and contact information from our staff closer to departure.
