LEADERSHIP

UJA’s U40|LEADERSHIP is proud to offer a wide selection of social, educational and philanthropic  leadership opportunities to those looking to make an impact.

How to Get Involved

UJA’s U40 MADRICHIM IN TRAINING (MIT) PROGRAM - This comprehensive year-long leadership development program is designed specifically to build skills in community leadership and to staff Birthright Israel trips through Canada Israel Experience.

Following the trip, leaders continue to contribute by helping participants transition from their Israel experience to ongoing opportunities to further develop their relationship with Judaism, Israel and community.

UJA’s U40 JOSHUA INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNAL LEADERSHIP/FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM - The Joshua Institute represents UJA Federation’s investment in community leadership and is founded upon the belief that strong leaders and organizations are the backbone of community. The purpose of the program is to expose participants to Jewish leadership and top-notch experts in the non for profit sector. The program creates a supportive peer network and sets the participants on their leadership journey.

UJA’s U40 COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP - Participate in active leadership opportunities and get involved in advising, planning and executing engaging and meaningful programming within our community.
