Aled ab Iorwerth,
Deputy Chief Economist, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation

Aled leads groundbreaking research at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and co-ordinates a diverse national team of researchers and analysts who are investigating impediments to housing supply and potential solutions.

Aled joined CMHC in 2016, bringing his strong analytical and research capabilities to bear on complex housing issues. He previously had a 15-year career at Finance Canada, in various research and analysis roles that included secondments to Environment Canada and the Council of Canadian Academies. Aled holds a PhD in economics from Western University and master’s degrees in both European and international relations (University of Amsterdam) and economics (Carleton University). He speaks three languages: English, French, and Welsh.

Kevin Green,
President & CEO, Greenwin Corp.

Kevin leads a dedicated team of nearly 500 development, construction, and property management professionals, all with a shared vision of creating exceptional, inclusive residential and commercial communities. Kevin is responsible for driving Greenwin’s growth strategy, development, revitalization, and ESG initiatives—ensuring that the corporate purpose of building and managing communities for all people is embedded in every layer of the organization.

A firm believer in the power of public-private partnerships, Kevin works with social reform organizations and in close partnership with Toronto Police to combine property management and crime prevention through social programming, with the intention of improving the quality of life in underserved communities throughout the city.

He is a proud alumnus of Florida State University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete and received his bachelor of science.

Corey Pacht,
Partner & Executive Vice President, Operations, Fitzrovia

Corey is the executive vice-president of operations at Fitzrovia and previously served as senior vice-president of investments with the firm. Corey is responsible for management oversight of the development, construction, property, and asset management teams. His responsibilities include ensuring successful implementation and co-ordination of business strategies and goals across the platform.

Prior to joining Fitzrovia, Corey was a VP of investments at Square Mile Capital in New York, where he completed over $3 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Corey also spent several years working at Greenhill & Co. as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Corey graduated as an Ivey Scholar with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Sandy Shindleman,
Founder & President, Shindico

Sandy is the founder and president of Shindico, a commercial real estate developer and operator based in Winnipeg. Shindico has successfully developed over eight million square feet of retail, office, multi-residential, and industrial assets, and has another six million square feet in their pipeline.

Sandy is a recipient of the Manitoba “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and the B’nai Brith Canada Award of Merit.
