We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Sales Department to join our team in the Toronto office. Reporting to the Director, Customer Relationship Management, the CSR will be responsible for identifying opportunities and understanding the sales process of Israel Bonds products and client services, including though not limited to the following:
- Speak with existing clients and new prospects.
- Assist in growing the volume of sales, achieving and/or exceeding annual sales objectives.
- Provide the highest level of client experience in every customer interaction.
- Ensure accurate client & sales related data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience using CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Fluent English communication abilities - written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional, friendly telephone manner.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation is an asset, though not required.
- Community experience as well as interest and/or experience in Israel and/or Jewish community affairs is an asset.
