 troduces us to ancient Jewish approaches that teach us how to own our free
  will\, make choices\, reduce our stress and heal the world.  It sounds li
 ke an impossible achievement but we learn how to take our first steps and 
 open choices we never knew we had. \n\nBecause sometimes being a mensch re
 quires a methodology. No previous Mussar study required.
