Director of Marketing, Annual Campaign
Full-Time, Permanent Position

Reporting to the VP Marketing, and working closely with the Campaign, Director, the Director of Marketing will be responsible not only for creating the strategic marketing plans, but also for coordinating and managing large marketing projects from onset to successful completion. This self-starter and excellent communicator will need to take initiative and maintain the marketing focus of the Annual Campaign while simultaneously working collaboratively with different teams.


  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Creative Writing
  • 5-7 years experience in strategic marketing
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Good understanding of integrated marketing principles.
  • Experience using social media as a marketing tool.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to coordinate work of multi-disciplinary teams.

Familiarity with the Toronto Jewish community

This is a Management level position. Salary commensurate with qualifications.
